Joseph Machnaim is an Technologist by profession and choice, , is currently the Co-founder and Chief Information Officer of TRIAS (www.trias.in), in Bengaluru,India.
24 years of professional accomplishments with Technology & Leadership roles at GE Aviation , GE Global Research , General Aeronautics and TRIAS. Joseph holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has 5 patents in aircraft engine design and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Co Authored multiple international journal papers on futuristic 3D design concepts Started his career as an Engineer GEAviation as engineer and grew in his career to Chief Engineer, Led and designed drones with application of AI. Lead teams leading to AI based design hybridization thru incubation and AI application across GE businesses such as Aviation, Power and Global Research. Led research collaborations with universities inside/outside India. An active advisor and tutor at national and international events & a mentor to young engineers. Recipient of many Technical and Management awards.

- Chairman of Gerizim Rehabilitation Organisation, an NGO for the differently abled orphan children in Bangalore, India.
- Trustee of Companian Care India(CCI) Non profit Organisation that works with people that need healthcare assistance, emotionally distressed and struggle with loneliness.
- Founded and lead the “ASME Gas Turbine India Chapter”, served as conference chair, executive committee chair for the group for 6 years.
- Adjunct Professor @ Karunya University, for the Aerospace & Mechanical Departments.
Joseph now teamed with a set of futuristic minded businessmen and technologists at “TRIAS “ to transform medical care thru application of state of the art software technology and Artificial Intelligence for transforming care at the Rural hospitals for rural patients in many parts of the Globe.
In his free time likes to play soccer, go cycling, hiking, enjoys gardening, baking, DIY (Do It Yourself) at home and going on long family drives.
